Evan Wilson is the Associate Director of International Security Studies and Lecturer in History at Yale. A graduate of Yale, Cambridge, and Oxford, he oversees ISS’s academic and organizational affairs and teaches British naval and maritime history. In 2015-16, he was the Caird Senior Research Fellow at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, UK. His first book, A Social History of British Naval Officers, 1775-1815, will be published in early 2017.
