Lynne Farrell

Lynne Farrell is a CT attorney specializing in juvenile law, education law, personal injury and criminal defense. She received her B.A. from Albertus Magnus College, her M.S. from Southern CT State University, her Certificate of Advanced Study from Fairfield University, her Ph.D. from Fordham University and her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. She was a teacher in the West Haven School System where she served as an elementary principal for 30 years. She has been with her family law firm since 2001. She was an adjunct professor at the Fordham University School of Education and the University of New Haven. Her research involved the Teaching of Social Studies According to the Inquiry Method; a Pre-School Program for Children with Learning Disabilities; Influences Upon Decision Making of CT Board of Education Members. She serve on the Albertus Magnus College Board of Trustees; the CT Mental Health Board; and the Shelton CT Board of Aldermen. She is the recipient of many awards including Albertus Magnus College Alumna of the Year Award, Fordham University Alumni Professional Achievement Award, West Haven Community Service Award, New Haven Emergency Shelter Management Services Recognition Award, CT Mentor Principal Award, Quinnipiac University School of Law Immigration Law Award and Appellate Clinic Award. She was admitted to and is qualified to practice as an attorney in the State of CT Superior Court, the US District Court of CT and the United States Supreme Court.
