Aoky Sarhan

Aoky, a native of Richmond, Virginia, graduated from Branford in 2016 with a BA in Economics.  As an undergraduate, Aoky led three FOOT trips, prepared more than 500 tax returns for low-income members of the New Haven community with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Project, and spent his senior year in God Quad welcoming first-years to the Branford Community.

Upon graduation, Aoky joined the Investments Office where he works on the Endowment’s U.S. and foreign equity teams and leads the office’s analyst and intern recruiting efforts. For work, he has traveled internationally to Hong Kong, London, Oslo, Sao Paulo, Shenzhen, Stockholm, and Tokyo.  He is always happy to talk with students about career options in the field of finance and elsewhere.

Aoky lives in Wooster Square, the pizza capital of New Haven and the world, and enjoys baking, cycling, kayaking, and generally staying active in his free time.
