Blake Kile

Blake Kile is the media production and technology manager at the Yale Schwarzman Center. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the audio-visual production activity in YSC’s multi-purpose venues.

Prior to joining Yale Schwarzman Center, Blake worked at the Lenfest Center for the Arts at Columbia University. During his time there, he oversaw events as well as the audio-visual systems for the state-of-the-art performing arts center. Blake is a union stage manager and theatrical artist who specializes in production design, and storytelling. His work has been seen across the United States, on Broadway, off-Broadway, and across major regional theaters including Theater for a New Audience, Summer Theater of New Canaan, Amarillo Opera Company, and Uptown Players.

Blake holds a BFA from the University of the Arts and an MFA from Columbia University. He comes to New Haven by way of New York City and Dallas, Texas, the two cities he calls home.
