Dave McCoart provides Culinary services to the Gateway Community College Foundation. He is a Chef Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America 1969 when it was here in New Haven on Prospect Street. Dave was a L.B.O. partner and the former Executive Vice President of Operations for Chart House Enterprises and was Vice President of Restaurant and Brand Concepts for Paramount Pictures licensing division in Hollywood, CA. Dave is very active with many of New Havens non-profit institutions and was a Former Chairman and a Board member of the Connecticut Restaurant Association.
