Marvin Durogene

Originally from Neptune New Jersey, Marvin is actually a Junior in Silliman College studying Biomedical Engineering, with hopes of doing clinical work in industry one day. Outside of the classroom, Marvin loves running and participating in IM Sports. Marvin is also involved in several extracurricular activities including being Co-President for the Yale Black Men’s Union, Lead Student Rep for the Black Church at Yale, and Social Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers. Marvin is also very active in Yale’s STEM community, being a part of the STARS program. This is Marvin’s second straight year being a Peer Liaison for the Afro-American Cultural at Yale, and is very excited to learn more about the Branford community!
