George Zdru

Director of University Planning

George Zdru is a registered architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech. In private practice, prior to joining Yale in 1999, he was involved in a wide range of projects for a diverse group of clients in the commercial building and aviation industries. As a Principal and Vice President in New York and Connecticut architectural firms, he had extensive design and management experience on a variety of projects. As Director of University Planning he oversees the planning and design of all major project at Yale’s three campuses: Central, Medical School, and West.
