Jasmine Jones

Jasmine Jones is the Director of Special Collections Technical Services at the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library. In her role, she aims to build relationships and infrastructure that allows special collections to engage in holistic, ethical, and sustainable stewardship. Jasmine was elected to the Council for the Society of American Archivists (2021-2024) and was elected by her Council peers to serve on the Society’s Executive Committee (2023-2024). Jasmine was selected as an Association for Research Libraries Leadership and Career Development Program Fellow (2020-2021) and was a member of the 2016 cohort of the Archives Leadership Institute. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science (archives concentration) and M.A. in History from Simmons University and a B.A. in European Studies, with a Russian Studies minor, from University of California, Los Angeles.
