Abby currently is the Director of Communications for Medical Education at Yale School of Medicine. She has held two other positions at Yale: Special Assistant to the Dean at Yale School of Management (six years) and Director of Alumni Affairs at Yale Law School (four and one-half years).
Before returning to Yale, where Abby attended college and law school, Abby spent two years clerking for judges and eleven years as a lawyer for the federal government, predominantly focusing on firearms and explosives law and policy.
Outside of work, Abby is active in the New Haven community. She is a member of New Haven’s Board of Alders representing Ward 7, which includes much of Downtown, lower East Rock, and a small piece of the Wooster Square neighborhood.
