Anne Dropick received her Ph.D. from Princeton University in Romance Languages and Literatures. Her work has been published by Oxford University Press, The Paris Review,

She has received an Emmy Award, plus research grants and other awards from the Fulbright Commission, The Florence Gould Foundation, the Camargo Foundation, The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, and elsewhere.
