His films include Regarding Henry, Glengarry Glen Ross, Matchstick Men, Running Scared, Girl Interrupted, Copland, To Gillian on her 37th Birthday, Bride Wars, It’s Complicated, Changing Lanes, Rookie of the Year, Mr. Wonderful, Mr. Jones, Morning Glory, L.I.E., Big Miracle, The Sitter, the 1997 Oscar-winning short action Dear Diary, and Arbitrage. On television, he has recurred on Blue Bloods, Damages, Help Me Help You, Law and Order, and was a series regular on the Peabody award winning Nothing Sacred. His work on HBO includes White Mile, The Sopranos, Recount and Game Change. Guest-starring roles include The Good Wife, Friday Night Lights, Modern Family, Royal Pains, Body of Proof, Hart of Dixie and Suits. He has performed in over 50 plays at such theaters as Yale Rep, Long Wharf, A.C.T., Theater for the New York City, Charas, and the 92nd St. Y.

Bruce is married to Darcy McGraw, Director of the CT Innocence Project. Their daughter, Anna, is enrolled in a BFA program at R.I.T. in Rochester, N.Y.
