Michael Wayne Harris is an Accessibility Engineer at Yale University ITS. Michael lived in Branford as an undergrad, graduating in 2009 with a degree in English. Michael also graduated from the University of Michigan School of Information in 2014 with a Master of Science in Information, concentrating both in Library Science and Human-Computer Interaction.
Michael started working for Yale in 2014 as an Information Architect. He has helped plan several websites at Yale, including the Yale Divinity School, Yale School of Nursing, and Yale Health. In his current role as Accessibility Engineer, Michael has been instrumental in supporting Yale’s Web Accessibility Policy.
Michael is happy to talk to students about librarianship, user experience design, web design, and web development.
