Jessica (M.A., M.L.I.S.) is the Reserve Services and Resource Sharing Librarian for Sterling Memorial and Bass Libraries. She specializes in library resource sharing (interlibrary loan) service management and is an active member of the Ivy Plus Libraries Resource Sharing Group. Jessica is originally from California and prior to coming to Yale, was the Coordinator of Interlibrary Loan at Chapman University and a Documentation Specialist at The Walt Disney Company. In addition to her interests in libraries, Jessica is also an avid equestrian.
