Azamat Kumykov graduated from Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs in 2015 with an MAS (Master of Advanced Study) degree. He also holds an MPhil in Modern European History from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Presently, he is doing his PhD in History at the University of Cambridge. For many years Azamat has been active in the private equity industry, focusing on the real estate, construction and agricultural sectors. He is an enthusiastic supporter of the university and of Branford College, serves on the International Advisory Council of Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs and is a Sterling Fellow.
